Process

Proposed works, lease information and any existing drawings are reviewed at the outset to establish the scope of the project and identify likely approval requirements. This early stage helps clarify the information needed for both freeholder and planning submissions.

– Initial Review

Measured surveys and existing condition drawings are prepared where required, forming the basis for proposed layouts and supporting technical information. Particular care is given to producing clear, coordinated drawing packages suited to residential approval processes.

– Survey & Drawings

Drawing packages are developed for freeholder, managing agent and planning submissions, including coordination alongside structural engineers and other consultants where additional technical input is required. Documentation is prepared with a focus on clarity, practicality and well-structured information throughout the approval process.
