A contemporary reworking of a duplex apartment in Marylebone, located on the Howard de Walden Estate, combining extensive internal alterations with the addition of a rooftop extension. The project secured planning permission, Licence to Alter approval and Building Control sign-off as part of a wider programme of residential improvements.
Oxford Road
A comprehensive refurbishment and extension to a Grade II listed Victorian property in North West London. The project included planning approval, Listed Building Consent and Licence to Alter permissions, alongside the reconfiguration and enhancement of the existing accommodation.
